Starting out as a part-time sales associate, I was quickly promoted to the Senior sales associate position and then again to the Supervisor of Retail Operations. In that time I have been able to learn and understand the inner workings of the company and the cannabis industry as a whole. I have been able to fill the leadership position quite easily as I have been able to build trust with not only the patients but the team members at the Sarasota location. Learning from the leadership above me and actively providing a positive impact on the store and to the community on the whole.

 I worked as a security guard for Gulf and Bay Club, I was given a large amount of responsibility and trust, I was soon promoted to a much more active leadership role within the guards. My duties included: a public facing position where I was to enforce private property in a polite manner, as well as understanding the computer systems that they had in place, I monitored the fire alarm system, and I dealt with the sheriff and fire depts when incidents occurred.

 I was a sales representative and keyholder for Gamestop. My duties include customer relations management, sales, store organization and I performed opening and closing for the store. I was originally hired as a seasonal employee for the winter months, as time went on I showed my willingness to learn and my flexibility, I was promoted to store keyholder in a short time afterwards due to those attributes.

 I was hired at CTAlab doing a plethora of jobs. My original main duty was as a lab courier, as time went on my duties continued to grow. I was used as data entry and lab assistant work, working with customers sensitive information and complying with HIPAA standards. I was used as an accounts receivable position and worked with the payments of customers as well.

 I was hired as a Credit Card banker for Wells Fargo My duties included working with sensitive information and direct contact with the customers of Wells Fargo. I was tasked with transferring funds from account to account as well as any maintenance that was needed done on the account. I was also the main educational force for any questions the public had on their credit card.

 Worked as a clerk issuing licenses, vehicle registrations, data input, and other tasks for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Performed virtually error free administrative duties following rigorous protocols. Customers included people from the general public and in fact used my ability to speak French on occasion to help non-english speaking customers.

 I worked as a Tech Sales associate where I helped with the sales of computers and printers. I helped with the repair of the computers that needed repair. I was the hardware representative and would deal with any customer complaint that involved technology in any way.
